The Fund's registered office is located at c/o Hampsons Corporate Limited, 4th Floor, Apollo House East, PO Box 698, 87 Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1107, Cayman Islands. The Fund issues separate classes of participating shares, each constituting a separate pool of assets and liabilities.

Key Personnel
Thomas Karsten Beute is a Dutch national with a master’s degree in international Tax Law from Leiden University. He has extensive experience in global markets, primarily in asset management, investment, and consultancy. Currently, he is the Director and Owner of KCT Capital Ltd and Pinnacle Global Opportunities Fund.
He has held significant roles at Doral Group LLC, Beluga Finance Corporation SA, and Praetorian Global Ltd. His previous positions include Director at Bank Julius Baer and Marketing & Sales Manager at Amicorp Fund Services. Thomas has also been involved in various ventures such as Polo International Ltd and Spectra Global Ltd.
He is fluent in Dutch and English, has moderate proficiency in German, and has a basic understanding of French, Spanish, and Portuguese. His career spans roles in tax advisory, fund management, and real estate investment, showcasing a robust background in the financial and investment sectors.
